This document is incredibly useful. Thank you so much for sharing. I think it underlines just how difficult implementing this technology can be - people often think it is as easy as installing from a CD... And you didn't go into any detail on user or group management...

And a final question for the group: can the server be managed using "puppet"? Any experiences using puppet to manage an LTSP server?
