[ec2-beta] EC2 AMI and API Tools

Please make sure you are using the latest (beta2) version of the
official Ubuntu beta images. The beta1 images did not include the AMI
tools.

The beta2 images do include the AMI tools version 1.3-31057 20071010.
They are installed in the $PATH so you are able to use the the commands
directly.
I was able to use the installed AMI tools on beta2 to bundle a new image
with no problems.
The public AMIs I am familiar with do not include the API tools by
default, and the official Ubuntu beta images do not deviate in this
regard. The link above shows how to install the API tools if you want
to run them on the instance.
