[ec2-beta] APT repository for EC2

Hi Eric,

Ahh - my mistake. I was curious about the us.ec2.archive.ubuntu.com
server and when I couldn't browse it (from outside) or ping it (from
inside), then I assumed it was down. It never occured to me that the
pings were blocked. I've always thought the security benefits of
filtering ICMP packets were overstated.

Thanks for investigating.
