Yes, and that seems to be the case for the image itself. When it boots up,
it drops you into this setup interface and asks you to select tasks, but
installation of selected tasks always fails because it needs to update the
package DB (and apparently does not do it automatically). That's not the
most useful thing in the world. Easy enough to work around, but it's
annoying.
