Hey there,

I switched to Linux very recently and had been thinking about how to
contribute to the Ubuntu community myself. Thanks for starting this
conversation John, I had been thinking of updating a different wiki - the
Contribute wiki - myself as I found that as the first doc/wiki anyone would
see interested in contributing, it would help reduce the perception of
dauntingness in contributing. I've been meaning to find the time to update
that doc, it's great to see the conversation being started. It was
overwhelming for me for a few months

If you need to sound out ideas/execution plans on how to fix the docs, drop
me an email, I'll help if I have the answers - especially since we're both
navigating in this (slightly) wild world:)
