Hi Peter,

And you didn't think to make this known while I have been
wasting a week trying to figure out why e-mails were going
to some lists and not others or to change that setting
back while you did a multi-list e-mail thread?
Granted, there was more than one cause, but thanks.

I also do not understand why Kevin found a bunch
of e-mails in the moderation queue at the start of this saga.
