Lost pages on the wikis

I went ahead and asked Canonical IS to lock things down again. I
really hated to do this, but until we can get a handle on things to
come up with a plan, the spam pages being created every minute and
legitimate pages being removed aren't making it a useful or reliable
place to work anyway :(
