Possibly.

There are other, more urgent issues with the wiki, and a discussion is
going on right now about switching from MoinMoin to some other wiki
software. In the light of that, I'd guess it would be hard to find
someone willing to tweak the stylesheets/theme.

Let's remember this issue when we know more about the plans for the
future of the wiki.
