Current wiki access status

There's a discussion of wiki engines, wiki access, etc on the "Wiki
vandalism and performance" thread. I just wanted to remind people of
the proposal in this thread, which has been discussed and (kind of)
agreed. I'm hoping that it will be implemented very very soon - but I
have not had confirmation yet. It will allow "anyone" to edit the
community help wiki again - anyone with a record of contributing to
the Ubuntu community. Yes I know that is not unrestricted access -
but, assuming I'm allowed to join the new team, it will allow me (and
others can join too of course) to edit the community help wiki again.
