Interesting. I had always assumed that whenever Unity 8 stuff came, that
It would be added as a selection option one level higher, i.e. here:
https://help.ubuntu.com/ and the package version would be completely
independent. Your idea might be much easier to implement.

We can setup preliminary 16.10 publication on help.ubuntu.com, even with
placeholders, for pending content anytime. (Typically we do it about a month
before string freeze, but that has never been some rule.)
