Noticeboard?

Hello Chris,
the documentation team does not have a noticeboard.
Without going too deeply into what the content would be and where the
noticeboard would exist, we'd need to figure out a person who would be
willing to update it when needed. Note that this also means that the
person should be aware of what is happening outside "his own projects"
too, so it means that person needs to do quite a bit more than just
update the board.
That said, committing to something like this is unrealistic unless we
have a volunteer to do that.
