I am making the 15.10 help.ubuntu.com, and would ask that nobody else
mess with it until it is published on the real web site on Thursday.

When it is ready (maybe in a few hours), I'll send you and Gunnar
(and anybody else that wants it) a link to my web server's test publication.

I normally do a "preliminary" about a month before release date, but did
not this cycle.
