More cloud material coming to help.ubuntu.com

There will soon be some new cloud docs residing on the help servers. We
currently have some cloud docs covering manually installing a cloud and
this new stuff covers a more automated experience. The structure on help
will therefore need to be modified accordingly. This is what I envision:

The material for the new stuff ("Automated Installer") is currently
located here:

http://openstack.astokes.org/start

Details on how this stuff will actually look are being worked out. For
instance, reference to a Canonical commercial solution should probably
be mentioned but not emphasized.
