[Wiki] Can not edit any Ubuntu community wiki page anymore

So, at this point, is this a correct summary:

Once properly logged in most people can edit pages under both 
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/ and
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/

However, for unknown reasons Doug can not edit pages under
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/ but has no problem with
pages under https://wiki.ubuntu.com/

And Khurshrid can not edit pages under
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/ but has no problem with
pages under https://help.ubuntu.com/community/

Weird.
