[Wiki] Can not edit any Ubuntu community wiki page anymore

Thanks. It didn't work me yesterday. But today, it seems it is working
for community wiki pages. I log out and logged in through
help.ubuntu.com/community and did a hard refresh. And it worked. At
least now I can edit those pages which were created by me.
However wiki.ubuntu.com still appears immutable to me (probably because
of access control) and wants me to login even though I am already
logged in.
Since many others are experiencing the same problem, I think it is a
internal issue.
