There are two wikis:

1. The Community Help Wiki
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/CommunityHelpWiki

2. 'The other wiki'
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/

They are both editable by anyone (except for a few pages), but their
purposes differ.

The *official* documentation is published at https://help.ubuntu.com
(except for the /community path), and is not a wiki at all, but uploaded
by the documentation team (read: Doug) by other means.
