Issue tracker for Ubuntu wiki?

The main reason for not having a bug tracker for the wiki is because 
that would be over-engineering.

While software bugs need a specialist and time, nearly anyone with few 
minutes can fix wiki defects. So the best approach is to solve them as 
soon as you see them.

Yes. help.ubuntu.com has the official documentation, while 
wiki.ubuntu.com is more open to edition.
