If "this" means the extra upload to the PPA, I did it in trusty and now
in utopic as a service to the translators.

Never thought of it as a Newsletter thing. It's indeed relevant to the
translators, which is why I posted to ubuntu-translators (with a copy to
ubuntu-doc). But too low-level for the Newsletter IMO.
