To me that sounds as the distinction between the official documentation
at help.ubuntu.com vs. the community help wiki. We need to keep three
things in mind here:
- help.ubuntu.com excluding the community help wiki (which unlike the
others is not a wiki)
- help.ubuntu.com/community
- wiki.ubuntu.com
The Ask Ubuntu question is about the distinction between wiki.ubuntu.com
vs. help.ubuntu.com/community (the two wikis).
Maybe we shouldn't be surprised when people get confused...
