Hi all,
I know Ubuntu uses Mallard for some of its docs, and I don't know that
many of you are on the mallard-list mailing list, so I wanted to keep
you abreast of new developments. We're working on a lightweight syntax
for Mallard, similar to Markdown, reStructuredText, or AsciiDoc, but
designed to carry all the semantics and linking information of Mallard.

I post new developments and requests for input to mallard-list:

If you have questions or input, please join the list, or reply here, or
comment on the blog post.
Also, are any of you going to FOSDEM? There are some other Mallard
features in the pipeline (for example, a more flexible page versioning
system to make it easier for you to track what version of GNOME you got
shared pages from). If there are enough Mallard users at FOSDEM, I'm
thinking of getting a room where we can hammer on the design for some
new features.
Thanks,
Shaun
