Personally I agree it's a good idea. While I agree with Benjamin that we
are short of docs contributors, it does of course not preclude that
individuals here are interested in participating in the project.
Also, I just added this comment to the bug report:
"If you open Ubuntu Help, the links at the top half of the first page
refer to basically the same contents as the proposed feature. For 14.04,
how about just opening yelp in a properly sized and positioned window?"
