Yes, that is my fault. Due to repeated chunks of stuff, I was
experimenting with include files as a way to only have one master bit of
text, used in multiple places.

I "temporarily" surrounded the include blocks with "begin" and "end"
flags to purposely make them more obvious as I sought by-in from
the group. I will remove them now.

Yes, I had gutted that page, but then realized it resulted in no
specific references for Xubuntu. After consulting with others, I put
a lot of content back, but tried to make repetitive content into
include files as a way to prevent multiple master files needing to be
edited for changes.

Repeating the content Verses just linking was the decision at the
time (early January). (I'm just saying is all. We can revisit that
decision.)
