Team Wiki Pages Clean Up

All,

Today the Wiki Sub-Team of the Ubuntu Doc Team had a mini-sprint over
the team's homepage (https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DocumentationTeam).  We
have cleaned it up by removing some of the unwanted sub-pages, rewrote
some of the pages to make it easier for new people to get involved with
us, and much more.

Hopefully this is the best step to help people to understand our team's
workflow.
