Recruiting Ideas/Global Doc Jam

All,

I have an idea for how we can recruit more folks to help us, mainly with
the Desktop/Server Docs.  As I said, we have cleaner pages now and I
think that can help but recruitment is key also.

My idea is to start up the Global Doc Jams but they will be based on the
Release Schedule.  But my question is should we do this?

I also have an idea from Gunner, who thought we should contact the
Ubuntu Desktop and the Users list.
