Subteam drivers

Indeed it is and without a driver, things cannot be done at all.  A
driver is not a maintainer who just keeps the project going.  A driver
is different because of what I said.

I agree with your added points to what a driver is and I will add these
to the list on the "Contact Us" page of our team.
