Subteam drivers

Please allow me to disagree on that one.
Participating in an Ubuntu team is about doing things together, isn't
it? Given that, I don't believe in a model with drivers who don't do things.
Besides the items you list above, I'd say it's highly desirable that a
driver for a docs subteam
* is quite familiar with all the team's processes, and
* gets his/her hands dirty with something (not everything).
