Regular Meetings

All,

I was at the Community Council meeting for the Doc Team Check-In and one
thing that was suggested that we should have regular meetings during the
cycle instead of one random meeting.  The point for this is to help get
us to know what to do between each meeting.

I offered to help organize these meetings, and also to chair them, if
needed.  I was thinking that we should do monthly meetings like every
other team.  I'm taking suggestions on what day, what week in the month,
and time.

Also, I think this team needs a council...
