Get final merges in to Ubuntu Docs

This serves as a notice that early next week the process of releasing
Ubuntu Docs will occur as such I encourage everyone to please get your
final merges proposals in no later than EOD Sunday. I have still not got
any response from the Ubuntu Desktop Team or other engineering teams as to
new features they would like highlighted on What's New and absent a
response from them I plan to ship the outdated page and assign them to a
bug and let them SRU it.
