Saucy desktop docs review spreadsheet

Hi everyone,

Inspired by how the Ubuntu Manual team does things, I worked with
Kevin today to put together a basic spreadsheet that folks can use for
tracking what they've reviewed in the desktop guide, so we make sure
everything gets reviewed and the same things don't get reviewed too
many times:

If you could add your name/nickname to the Reviewer column for pages
you've reviewed that would be really helpful.
