Doodle poll for Ubuntu Doc Meeting

Hi everyone,

Now that things have slowed down a bit doc writing-wise with the
freeze over, I thought it would be a good time to start kicking off
regular (at least monthly) IRC meetings again.

I've created a poll for the first meeting to be held the week after release:

Sorry for the limited time slots, and I know that time zones make
things hard for everyone, but evening UTC tends to work best for
everyone, even if it means I need to go to a meeting at 8AM :) We'll
keep this poll open through Tuesday so folks have a few days to fill
it out and then a few days to plan accordingly once it's decided.

The Meeting Agenda hasn't been updated since the last meeting, so
we'll need to do that too (I'm traveling at the moment, so if someone
else can start working on this it'd be great):
