Upstream connection still raring?

Hello everyone,

https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ubuntu-docs

On the Ubuntu Documentation Launchpad page, I noticed that the ubuntu-docs
page still shows upstream connection as raring.  Does that still apply, or
is it now saucy?
