New ubuntu-core-doc admins

Hi everyone,

At the meeting today it was agreed to add the following individuals to
ubuntu-core-doc as team admins:

 * Doug Smythies (dsmythies)
 * Benjamin Kerensa (bkerensa)
 * Kevin Godby (godbyk)

These individuals will pick up where mdke left off and be working
together to review work from new contributors and add them to the team
as needed.
