Ubuntu Documentation - Getting Started

O.K. So Phil's page at:

https://wiki.ubuntu.com/phillw/temp_Manual

is now the "master" document. Correct?

I made edits as per my e-mail feedback to Benjamin
from June 17th. I did the edits one at a time, in case
of debate resulting in a desire to revert.
