Ubuntu Documentation - Getting Started

Hi :)  
Errr, i added a Table-of-Contents, coding brackets and tried to change some lines into headings.  

I'm not sure i got all the coding into brackets or if i got the right level of headings relative to each other.  The ToC seemed to have some wrap (or lack of float) problem with the first coding bracket so i set the ToC to be a lot wider than it should be in order to push the text down.  So, it looks a bit strange.  Also some of the headings seemed to be a bit long and might be better shorter.  

Also i have a feeling that there was some clever bot or automated way of getting this sort of thing done according to some sort of standard or that it shouldn't have been done.  

So, sorry if i did wrong there, please feel free to revert
