Aloha,

Due to unforeseen circumstances, jbicha had another engagement clashing
with the CC meeting yesterday.  Due to scheduling of meetings and
finding time, we have arrange for a meeting at 17:00 UTC on the 28th of
February instead of our usual G+ hangout we shall have a normal IRC
meeting.
