[wiki] Move instead of delete?

Hi :)
I liked the idea of all the redirects going to a static page which
explained the situation, and how to recover the page they were
redirected from (ie by using the history of that page). Pop-ups and
flashing messages are all very modern and might look great if you have
super-fast unlimited broadband. A static page gives people time to
assess and figure out what the instructions mean.
