I guess you could tag it with Tag/Deletion and Tag/NeedsUpdating as
well, with an explanation comment on the page. Using the tags is better
than categories, since the tags are clearly listed as well as visible
for anybody who loads the page. Also since other contributors know pages
are going to marked with them, they are discoverable easily.
It's better to tag a page with a wrong tag than not mark it and leave it
mostly hidden from other contributors.
On the other hand, if you are going to take actions with the page
yourself, I don't see any problem if you list the pages with categories
(as well). Anything that helps contributors is always good.
If the tag descriptions need updating (I'm sure they do!), please
propose a new description, or start a discussion (which we just kind of
did...)
