Additional Tag Request

The difference for me was that needs updating, in the description, specified that the document needed to be updated for Ubuntu Versions.

I see two issues with that tag and description:
1.  What about pages that need to be updated for a version of software - such as Joomla going from 3.1 to 3.5
2.  What about a page that I think needs to be reviewed, but I am not really certain that it needs a change (this lines up with what Penelope said) It would be used with pages that were last edited a while ago and could be tagged by people without having actual knowledge on the software/hardware being documented.
