Gunnar:

I can respect that suggestion, but I respectfully disagree.

1.  There may never be a 'good time' to initiate getting the help wiki
cleaned up since documentation is an on-going process

2.  There are people who contribute to help.ubuntu.com/community that do
not contribute to the doc team

3.  The content of help.ubuntu.com/community falls outside of the
official documentation
