Mailing list administration

Hi :)
If it's possible to take it on and train up some 'new' people to take on more than one list each so that you can have holidays and breaks and yet know the work is still covered then i think that would be fantastic!   Errr, i'm not volunteering to be one of the 'new' people, sorry ;)
