Mailing list administration

are you guys using mailman for the mailing lists? if yes there is even an
easier way wiht mlmmj which the document foundation team uses and one gets
an email saying hey this needs to be moderated you can either approve it to
appear on the list discard it because its spam or just leave it there and
it will be removed after a given period of time lets say 7 days.
Is this something that can be implemented? if yes i would consder
moderating all lists.
