The "Updating help.ubuntu.com" area of
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DocumentationTeam/SystemDocumentation/BuildingDocume
ntation
had the answer about that index.html file. Anyway, it becomes clear we have
to edit
them manually.
The updated branch was picked up sometime overnight (my time) and it is now
live at
https://help.ubuntu.com/
Currently, with a dead link to 13.04 desktop help and also with no mention
of 13.04
installation guide.
Since I seem unable to create html files for the desktop stuff, I am unable
to
help further with that part of it.
The 13.04 installation guide still said QQ and 12.10, and a MP was
submitting fixing
it. The theme remains an issue. Awaiting propagation of installation-guide
20100518ubuntu9 to the raring packages, then maybe it can be added (still
with
Old theme and possibly missing images).
Edit: Oh, the new package is now there...
Question: Does anybody know why the links to legal.html are absolute to
/legal.html
instead of relative (i.e. to ../../legal.html or whatever)? Is breaks the
local copy
while working on, and checking, a BZR branch.
