Yes you can.  Please sign up [1] and validate as many sections as you can.

There are several ways to respond when you find an error or something
that can be improved:

1. Learn the Documentation Team tools and submit proposed changes [1]
2. File a bug [2]
3. Send a message to this mailing list (ubuntu-doc)

Ideally it would be nice to have people who are willing to help over
many release cycles.  These kinds of people would go for option #1.
