Hello Peter,
I am not sure if I can help, but I can offer to review some chapters of 
the server guide. Following the instructions, I have already branched 
the guide to my PC and built it 
(/sguide-1204/serverguide-review/build/serverguide/C/*.html).
I have read part of the chapter "Installation", which looks good to me. 
I do not see much difference with the Oneiric version.
Please let me know if I can be of help here as a reviewer. I am a member
