Date for release of 12.04 ubuntu-docs

You mean https://help.ubuntu.com/12.04/ ? It's not linked yet at
help.ubuntu.com since there are a few more details we're working on.
Specifically, Matthew and I are working on updating the theme to the
new Ubuntu branding.

I think we can still get help.ubuntu.com ready by Thursday or Friday.
I'll post again tonight with a bit more detail about the current
status.
