Many thanks for the feedback. I had also picked up some of these today
and have pushed some fixes. A few of them were due to using a base
theme which was not quite compatible with the latest Moin version.

I'm not sure about this one. It was intentional to keep the username
and editbar menus separate. I'm not sure there is enough space to put
them together, and I think that they are logically distinct concepts -
the first provides actions related to the user, and the second
provides actions related to the page. I've made changes this morning
so that the editbar doesn't appear unless you are logged in, which
should help. And I've reworking the css so that there is less wasted
vertical space.

With a bit of luck, the changes will be auto-pushed to the website
over the next 24 hours or so..
