Smba + LDAP - LDAP guide

Hello,

Huge apologies for taking so long to get back to you Petr. The command in
the Samba and LDAP section assumes that you have previously setup the LDAP
server using the OpenLDAP section as a guide. The frontend.example.com.ldif
file includes an admin user that could import the samba.ldif file. I'll add
a note to the guide, and include your command.

If you have any additional questions please ask.

Thanks,
