I think that we should certainly refresh the theme for the website to
match the current Ubuntu branding. This would involve developing the
style for the html documents (fairly straightforward) and developing a
new theme for the help website (MoinMoin based, a theme is already
available for wiki.ubuntu.com so the work could be based on that).

If someone is interested in working on this, I would be very happy to
mentor the work.
