Ah, I wasn't aware of that. Let's see how this moves forward following
UDS and subsequent planning and adjust our objectives accordingly.

This is an interesting point and will depend in part on how Ubuntu
uses and interacts with upstream Gnome in the forthcoming release. To
the extent that patches on upstream applications are being maintained
in Ubuntu and these impact significantly on the user experience, we
should consider whether/how we can patch or replace the upstream
documentation. We should get a list of these going. It will be
particularly relevant to Gnome apps which are modified to work with
Unity but there may also be other examples.
We should certainly make a list of apps which have been developed
within the Ubuntu community and focus on those with a view to keeping
them updated, or where they do not have documentation, perhaps work on
adding some. Here is my off-the-cuff list of apps, feel free to add
more.
