Where do ubuntu-docs translations go?

Sorry that I missed this.
I think that this is essentially a form of this idea -
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Website/WebsiteLocalization - which I think is
a good one. That idea also involves keeping a list of where localised
websites are, and updating it somewhere. I do think that it would be
easier for this information to be kept in a central place where local
teams can update the information themselves (such as in the wiki).
However, if it is easier to implement, I also don't have a problem
with your solution of keeping a list in ubuntu-docs which we use to
generate a menu on the website. It would be in the bzr branch so very
easy for local teams to provide patches to update their language.
